Training
All PERS operators go through extensive training on proper response to medical alarm systems. Their pledge is to treat each customer as though they were their own parent or grandparent and provide the most dignified, appropriate, and expedient response to every alarm. We also have Spanish speaking operators on all shifts.

Monitoring and response is all we do at Response Center USA. We only monitor for professional medical alarm companies, not directly to the general public. Most other monitoring stations also sell, service, and install equipment. We never compete with your equipment provider and this fosters an essential partnership that is important to you and your loved ones safety and well being. Reliability
Response Center USA is also Underwriters Laboratories (U.L.) certified, approved, and annually inspected.Most PERS monitoring stations are not. This certification means that you are assured of the most reliable and dependable service possible. Not unlike EMS, all of our equipment is redundant and battery as well as generator backed up.
